Saona Island excursion is once in a lifetime experience not to be missed
We leave at 9:30AM from the public beach Bayahibe by speedboat or Catamaran and head towards the famous Saona Island. Accompanied by the charming Caribbean rhythms, we will have our first stop at the Natural Pools, a huge area of ​​crystal clear and shallow waters, home to the Caribbean starfish. Music, various drinks and rum will add to the fun and pleasure as we spend around 40 minutes bathing in this little paradise. Then, leaving the natural pools, we pass through the mangrove area and the Catuano channel, the division between the main Dominican island and Saona, and we head to one of the most beautiful beaches called Saona Paradise, arriving around 11AM.Â
The beach is very spacious and clean, it offers sun loungers (free), bathrooms (male and female), showers, open bar (Coca-Cola, Sprite, water, orange juice, coffee, rum, beer). Our lovely photographers will be at your disposal in case you want a professional photo session on the island (paid for at the end of the tour).
At noon, we invite our guests to enjoy a rich private buffet: barbecue (chicken and pork), rice, beans, boiled potatoes, both hot and cold pasta, fresh vegetables and fruits, bread.
After lunch, you can enjoy the sun and the sea until 2:30PM. Then, we returned and arrived at the Bayahibe public beach around 5:00PM.
